Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically occurs within:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds
  • 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
  • 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The shipping method used for your return
  • Any tracking information available

We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
